Cadillac Escalade Vibration

I have a 2009 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum. It recently started vibrating at speeds between 75-79mph. I had all 4 tires balanced. Repair shop said one tire was close, but 3 were off balance. This didn't solve the problem. The tires are 285/45R22.

Any suggestions?
