Door lock on drivers side

I have a 2007 Cobalt ss...I've noticed that while driving my door on the drivers side won't lock once it's in gear. Both locks on Drivers and Passenger side both work.

Any ideas ?

Does the passenger side lock engage when you put it in gear?

There is a switch on the gear selector that should trigger a relay to close all door locks at once, not each door lock individually.

Yes it does...drivers side locks if I lock it manually

Sounds like you driver side power door lock actuator has either a bad electrical connection or has died. Replacement part and/or how to fix here:
