2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited Prices Paid

Went to the dealer in MD and paid for 2015 Sonata Limited with Ultimate packege for $27799.00 OTD. How did i do? How much does anyone pay for it? Please share with us. Apriciate

Bought 2015 Sonata Sport November 3, 2015. MPG thus far is a disaster. I'm a senior (88) drive very conservatively, speed is always under 30 mph. My local area I drive in is Middle Village NY normal traffic with all trips less than 3 miles.

On the first tank of gas I'm getting 10.8 mpg, car is rated 24 city.

Where do I go from there, who do I complain to.

A couple of points:

1) Engines need time and miles to break in - usually 5,000 to 8,000 miles. You should see your mileage improve somewhat after that

2) MPG ratings are calculated using a very standardized test - the disclaimer "your mileage may vary" exists since rarely can a person replicate the EPA testing

With that said, your first tank is a bit on the low side. Are you calculating this using the trip computer in the car, or are you manually calculating it using the amount of gas used divided by the number of miles driven? I have found that Hyundai trip computers are a bit optimistic - I rented a Sonata hybrid in California earlier this year. The trip computer said I was getting 35-36 MPG, but when I filled the car up at the end of the week, I calculated MPG at 31-32 MPG.

Just bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited with Tech and Ultimate, May 9, 2015.
MSPR was $32,775; paid $26,795 so almost $6,000 below MSRP
New Orleans metro area. Did not get my preferred color but the silver looks good.
