Is it priced low? 2012 Accord LX

I have a dealer selling 2012 Accord LX, 33500 miles for $13500. Now this is below the market price, but I would like to know what could be the catch here. When I look at the car it looks ok. This is CT and they seem to have done some safety tests and it has good scores.
