This is my first post.

I wanted to know if anyone can help me with a deal I received from Jetta.

It's for a 2015 Jetta SE TSI 1.8. Priced at $24,470.
Navigation with backup cam. Sunroof. Heated front seats. Push to start.

I don't have the Capitalized Cost.

36 Month Lease, 12,000 miles, 1000 down including drive offs and fees. $235 a month with tax.

How does this deal look and does anyone know the MF and Residual.

2015 Jetta 1.8T SE - .00030 and 57% for 36/12. $500 lease cash.

Without the cap cost, we can't model a payment. However, $235/mo with tax is pretty good for a car that stickers around $24K.

I am supposed to lease a car today and I couldn't find the current money factor or residual and hoped you can help. Also applicable dealer cash and incentives.

They said MSRP is $23,759.00 and discounted to $22,759

MF is .00030 and 58% residual for 36/12. $500 lease cash. Add 1% for 10K.

B tier adds .00030 to the MF.

With your MSRP and selling price, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $260.37 for 36/12 and $253.84 for 36/10
