Trying to evaluate this lease deal against a 15' Highlander Limited with Tech.
Here are the Acura details.
10K miles/ 36 months/ $4700 due at signing / $491.58/month
MSRP $49,960. Selling price $46,721
What MF and residuals are they using? Current advertised offer is $459 with $2599 due at signing (excl tax, title & fees.)
Any advice is appreciated. First time leasing on my own.

Looks like a lot of money upfront.. Seems you might be negotiating to stay under $500/mo., instead of looking for the best overall deal.
