Battery Voltage High B1317 Ford Windstar 2003 SEL

Can anyone tell me why my battery voltage is high? I can tell you that the dome lights flash intermittently and unexpectedly, abs light, battery light flashes occasionally. Just some goofy electrical stuff that I've dealt with since purchasing the vehicle used in 2010. I think the battery has been replaced a couple times before the (3) year warranties have expired, so something seems to be draining it. Replaced the alternator less than (6) months ago and battery less than a year ago. I know these Windstars are notorious for having electrical issues. I read something about the wires in the doors or the hatch going bad...I dunno. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
