Hearing a bad noise from my 2000 Lincoln LS

Hello, a weird noise came from my Lincoln not long ago so I took it back home and as I was parking it stalled out on me. It did start back up and his been able to run but the noise is still there. I posted a video online in hopes someone who may of had this issue or even a mechanic can catch it and give me an idea of what may be going on with it. That sounds like no lubrication between two moving parts for as much as I can tell by the video. Nothing replaces hearing it in person. How high in the engine does the sound appear to be coming from? When moving forward and back along the drivers fender, can you pinpoint where the sound is coming from that way? (Front, Cyl #4, #5 0r #6?) Same thing while standing in front of the car, is it only on the left (drivers) side? Middle? Both?

right in the video where I zoomed in, a little past the oil cap. near the plugs. that seems to be where its coming from. coming from the drivers side
