    As a driver with high annual mileage, vehicles such as this with 5,000 mile service intervals simply are not practical to own. Every other month would require yet another service visit, and valuable time tied up without transportation, or arranging another car for the day. Other makers can support 10,000 mile fixed intervals, or variable intervals based upon usage (that always work out to be 10k or more), and those makers will get my business every time.
