Are you a current or recent car shopper who bought an EV and then installed solar – or who had solar already, making the decision to go electric easier?
OR
Are you a recent EV buyer (past 3 months) as a result of manufacturer incentives and dealer discounts on these vehicles, including year-end deals? Were you convinced to buy an EV after finding a good end-of-year deal, or due to uncertainty around which EVs will no longer qualify for full/partial EV tax credits in 2024? My truck wont start...sometimes

I have a 2007 V8 4.8 L Chevy Silverado 1500 LT and I turn the key to start it and sometimes nothing happens at all like the battery is dead (no dash lights, no anything). I try a few more times and nothing. Then I get back in it an hour later and it starts right up.
Replaced Starter and problem still remains.
Can anyone help?

Possibly the ignition switch has gone bad? Since sometimes nothing at all happens, not even lights, and the new starter works... sometimes... that seems a logical place to look.
