Check Engine light - '12 Elantra

I love my car, except check engine light has been on frequently of late I have ~36,500 miles on the car, and no other problems. Every time I take it to the dealership, they run the diagnostics, clear the problem, and a short time later the light is back on. Anyone have a similar issue?

    What code or codes have been setting? What else have they done besides just clear the code(s)?
