    The closest competitor would be the Hyundai Genesis... not those FWD sleepers.

    It may not have the same prestige or brand cachet as German sedans or other cars from other luxury makes, but I still like the 300 a lot. It's a big, quiet, comfortable American sedan that gets the traditional values of comfort and luxury right while still managing to be composed and modern. If you don't need a corner-carving sport sedan and all you want is something that can take four or five people in comfort, you could do a lot worse. Chrysler has really stepped up their design in the past few years too; the interior and exterior are still pretty good for the price. And of course, you've got a choice of V8s if you want something a bit quicker.

    Sidenote: I wish Edmunds (and other automotive publications) would stop incorrectly referring to headlights with LED daytime running lights as "LED headlights." They are not the same thing and using the term interchangeably could confuse those who are less informed.

    I've seen a few of these in the metal now and I think the refresh looks really well executed. I'm really not the target market for the 300, but I appreciate it and would surely want the hemi if I owned one.
