Likewise. I've been to AutoZone, Walmart, various gas stations, etc. and I don't think I've ever seen a gallon for more than $3 or $4 at the very most.
As far as the light, that's a small but very useful feature that I wish more cars had. I've found myself without washer fluid after using the last few drops, which is especially annoying when driving long distances in the summer as bugs are continually splattering the windshield. Yeah, most washer fluid reservoirs have dipsticks that show the fluid level (or at least my 2009 Civic does), but I rarely check it and I doubt many other drivers do either.
Also nice to see that Kia made the filler for the fluid reservoir easy to find and use.
