Lexus GX 460 lease

I'm looking at leasing a base GX460 and the car is 50K and I'm leasing it for 48 months. The residual will be 48% left on the lease. I'm only asking for 7500 miles a year. Anyway is this about correct? Please let me know before I make the deal.

48% is the residual on the GX460 for 48 months and 15,000 miles per year. If you only want 7500 miles, the residual value is increased by 4%.

The base MF is .00105.
