BMW 335xi lease

Hi - anyone have the MF and residual for a 335 xi M sport on a 39m / 12k lease? I'm in IL and the dealer just quoted me .0017 and a 60% residual.

    .00131 MF and 62% residual.

    60% is the 39/15 residual. Dealers are permitted to mark up the MF by .00040, for extra profit.
