Front suspenson squeak over bumps?

I own a 2006 Hyundai Sonata LX 3.3 ltr. with 26400 miles at present. When ever I go over a bump I am hearing a squeak coming from the right front area of my car. The noise sounds like a old rusting bed spring being jumped upon.
I am sure that it is a suspension issue. I had a 2000 Hyundai Sonata v6 and I had the same issue with it as well, I know it was a suspension problem but I never did find out what exactly which part was causing the noise...it was one of the reasons I sold the car. Has anyone else had this issue and if so which component was the cause of the noise. I am apprehensive to just go to my local Hyundai dealer, I have heard stories of part after part being replaced and the problem is or has not been resolved, I can not afford that kind of approach to resolve this issue with my car.

did the car wobble? if it did, It could be missing hydraulic liquid or oil in the shocks or simply some part of the suspension was loose and rusty. I did experience it on some other korean car, don't remember the brand. I think the struts were missing or broken off in that case.

Having the squeaking front end on my 06 sonata. Gradually got worse. No improvement after new struts were installed. Is it possible it could be lubricated?
