Thank you moderator. I want to lease an executive model. dealer says there is only a 2k lease cash incentive. is this correct? Also, I am going for a 10K miles/36 months. can you confirm that the residual would be = 53%

Yes... MF and residual are the same for the Executive model.. (52% for 36mo, 10K/yr), but the lease cash is only $2000.

I'd have a hard time not sticking with the Sport or R-Line trim, given the higher incentive.

Just signed a lease on a 2015 CC R-Line manual in southwest Florida, 36 months, 10k/year.

Paid the dealer fee, acquisition fee, and title & tag fees up front (only way the dealership would keep the price down), plus first month's payment.

Total cash down for all fees: $1,666.00
36 monthly payments of: $306.00 (incl. tax)

Total outlay over 36 months: $12,682

We were aiming for as close to $12,000 total as possible, and that was the lowest we could get it... but we did manage to get them to throw in window tinting at their expense... so that knocked about $150-$200 off our cost.

I'm hoping this was a pretty good deal.

Sport and R-Line have the same numbers for March - .00050 and 48% for 36/15. $3750 lease cash.

That sounds like a great lease on the R-Line Chad. I am trying to purchase a 2015 Executive or R-Line. I wanted to purchase, but it sounds like leasing is the way to go. If I could get the same deal Chad received, I would do that. Does anyone know the lease numbers I need as far as factors and incentives? Thanks!

It's a decent deal. There is $2750 lease cash on this model (ergo, the big discount).

If you go with the Sport or R-Line, the lease cash is $4000 (plus, lower MSRP). You could save a lot, that way.

Will it be worth the residual in three years? Probably not.

The deal they are offering was from Truecar. They matched my certificate, but the car is not in stock so they are charging $500 to bring it in. How can I get the lease cash?

The lease cash is already figured into their quote, since it's a dealer incentive.

239/month +tax
$2999 down plus drive off
residual - $18958
MSRP - 35770
10k miles

I really think the total down he is asking is way too much. The terms I have been asking for a $1000 down, same monthly and 12k miles. 

Am I asking for something unreasonable or am I right in holding my ground.
