Jump-ahead, MF and residuals for a 2015 X1 xDrive28 (3yr lease @ 10K miles/yr)

My dealer called me to offer a jump-ahead on my 2012 128 (lease expires 5/15), and get me into a new car. Can you tell me the MF, residuals, and anything else (loyalty cash, etc.) so I can do my own math?

.00130 MF and 65% residual for 36mo, 10K/yr.

They do have an official pull-ahead program, but no other incentives that I'm aware of.
