I dunno, a Mustang that sounds like a Ferrari but has a Mustang price tag seems like something that many people would want to buy. It would make a heck of a crate motor as well.

Very interesting, especially the description of the sound. Now I see what all the fuss about the GT350 is for.

I find the engine quite fascinating. Learning about how Ford recognized the importance of the sound to American buyers was very interesting. I'm actually glad to hear that the sound will be more deep than what a typical FPC engine would sound like, Ferrari engines do sound nice, but not completely at home in a Mustang or other American muscle car. I read that the GT 350 also has a weight reduction over the GT, by using aluminum, in the hood, rear and fenders, although I do not know the specifics on the reduction.
