Residual and money factor are correct. I get $624.mo.+tax, so looks like the payment is pretty close..

If you want a lower price, you'll have to get a lower selling price...

you might do better on a 2014. I was made this offer 1 week ago in Boston area for a 39/12,000 lease.

money factor .00024
taxes in MA 6.25%
monthly payment $569 including taxes
total due at signing $1,919 (includes first month payment)
to purchase (instead of lease) this same car was offered at a price of 48,440.

other qx60 offers made:
1) MSRP 47,695
lease price = 40,555, monthly payment 433
purchase price = $39,995

2) MSRP 54,550
lease price = 47,409, monthly payment 523
purchase price = 44,909

I'm trying to decide between 2 options. Can help me figure out what the MF and Residual should be for each of these?

Option 1:

I haven't negotiated yet, but thinking I should be able to get negotiated price down to ~$45k - $46k
36 mo / 15k miles
$3k down

Option 2:
2015 QX 60
FWD
Base package (no premium or premium plus)
MSRP $44,250
I haven't negotiated yet, but thinking I should be able to get a negotiated price down to ~$40,000
36 mo / 15k miles
$3k down

What should I be getting for Residual and MF for both?

What should I be getting for Residual and MF for both?

AWD: .00121 MF and 59% residual
FWD: .00105 MF and 57% residual

Both have the same exact numbers for 39mo, 15K/yr, so I would take advantage of that..

Add 2% to the residual to go from 15k to 12k miles per year.
