Since you haven't given an MSRP, selling price, term/mileage allowance or monthly payment, it's hard to say if you have a good deal. Given the money factor, I'll guess it isn't.

My apologies for incomplete info. The MSRP is 44,555 and the mileage is 12k for 36 months. The monthly payment will be 568

The marked up money factor is adding about $60/mo. to the payment..

Get the to the same deal with the base MF, and a payment of around $500-$510/mo, and you'd have a decent deal.
