"Toyota said it is not aware of any crashes, injuries or fatalities linked to the recall." Always a hoot when an admitted crook expects people to believe anything it says. I learned my lesson about Toyota when the engine disintegrated in my MR2 Spyder. Manufacturing defect, all over the Internet for years, Toyota continues to stonewall its many customers who lost an average of $8.500 to replace engines and exhaust systems. Wow there we go, more recalls and it is so interesting that Toyota is saying they are not aware of any injuries!! Are we suppose to trust an automaker who has admitted to wrongdoing and lying to congress and defrauding the same consumers who purchased its defective, runaway cars with SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION? Even if someone reported injuries knowing Toyota, it would blame the driver. No one should believe what Toyota says since Toyota is on probation for the next 3 years in US.

Prison sentences for vehicle defect-caused crashes? You betcha! And it could happen to anyone. Track some of the most recent horrific bizarrely-behaving vehicles and the ultimate maiming, death, and destruction and you will see. Note the trend to lock up the driver in jail before any evidence is in, too! It's a real travesty and this Pandora's Box has yet to be fully opened!

Now that all-electronic, computer-controlled throttle systems are on the road, the numbers of crashes into storefronts, buildings, and homes is ever-increasing! Experts have identified what may explain but automakers deny all!
