Windshield Wiper Refills

What is the most simple way to change the wiper blade refills on a 2014 RDX? I can do it, but there has to be a simple way. The owners manual is not much help.

Thanks for the quick answer, but it didn't quite help me. The main problem is getting the old refill past the end of the wiper without wrecking anything in the process.

They cover both full blade replacement and also refill replacement (3:45 on the video).

I prefer to replace the entire blade because the effectiveness of the blade is also dependent on the pressure the blade mechanism can apply to the windshield. With refills you don't get that part of the mechanism.
