I am a first time lessor and was hoping to get some help with leasing a 2015 Lexus RX350 AWD. I got a quote from one of the dealers in the Bay Area, CA, can you tell me if it looks good or how I should negotiate to get a great deal. Any help much appreciated.

Lease price on this one $45,395 - $1,000 rebate = $44,395
MSRP of $50,895
36 month lease at 12k per yr.
Initial Down Payment = $3000 (incl. first month payment, license and lease fees)
Monthly Lease Payment = $459 plus tax
Residual Value = 60%

The payment looks about right, given the MSRP and selling price..

$3000 upfront seems like a little much.. 1st payment, $700 acq.fee, $80 doc fee, $600 title/license.. That's only about $2000...

Hello, I am interested in Lexus 2015 RX 350AWD leasing options in Maryland. What are the MF and residual on a 36 month 15/year lease? I am heading into the dealership tomorrow for a possible crafted model RX350 here in MD. Thank you so much for your time.
