Remote Starter

Upon using remote starter in the morning after 15-20 minutes of idle only cold air blows out of the vents, temperature gauge on dash is on C. When I use the key to start the truck and let idle the vehicle warms up as normal and temperature rises as it should. Nissan bled the system and replaced the blower motor. Add-on states they can't find anything wrong with the starter? I find this hard to believe?

    When I have used the starter nothing but cold air comes out. As soon as I put the key in and hit the gas and drive down the road the heat comes on

    Hhmm does it have auto climate control, and if so what is it set at (and is there options) ?

    no auto control. I have the heat control knob set on high and high fan.
