I am currently looking for buying 2015 Camry SE.
The best offer I can get from local dealer is $24089 OTD, including tax, dealer fee, DVM registration and etc.
I am at Buffalo, a friend of mine brought 2013 Carmy SE with 23K in 2013 Summer.
I want to know if it is possible for me to lower the current $24K+ offer in NY
