Cheap fix for air suspension?

I have a 2004 Navigator that is not being used/driven right now, but I'd like to fix it up for a work truck or something. It needs a right side air suspension, and the repair place quoted me something outrageous. Is there any kind of quick fix? Like a pick-your-part kind of thing? We would just use it for a work truck at this point, not commuting back & forth.
