Is there only one speed sensor on transmission tail housing in my 2003 Frontier crew cab?

in my 2003 nissan frontier crew cab 3.3 5speed manual is there more than one speed sensor on transmission tail housing?

    If the output is bad the speedometer wont work . the plug is notorious for going bad .
