Anonymous driver was not comfortable with the concept of shifting gears so drove around in 1st gear with the A/C on, e-brake pulled, the windows down and low tire pressures all the way around. 9.5 MPG. Wow.

So when will the clutch and transmission test begin (aka the constant burnouts) like with your last mustang..?

Should have got the turbo motor. We are learning nothing new with this LT review. Well, apart from it needing a louder exhaust.

Same MPG I got in my 70' Chevelle and that was taking it easy! Someone has a lead foot, and lead in the trunk too.

I agree...they should have gotten the turbo-4. I drove it and it was awesome. We all know how V8 Mustangs drive, nothing new there. I drove all three engines and I absolutely loved the turbo. It was just so well balanced, punchy, and sounded great. I would honestly pick that over the V8 and tune it up a bit. The V8 was cool, but it was just too much (yeah that sounds lame), but really...the turbo was so much easier to handle and it matched the chassis so well. This might be the only instance where I would prefer the 4 to the 8. Don't get me started on the V6, pure rental car engine there...lamest 300 hp I ever felt.

I don't agree with all of that, but I do agree that the EcoBoost 4 is fantastic. Drove a rental for three days a couple weeks ago - my review here: http://www.kylerohde.com/2015/02/27/rental-review-2015-ford-mustang-ecoboost-premium/
