I went to the dealer ship, they gave the quote about Q3 was $460 a month with $8000 down. 36 month/ 12 yr. The car MSRP really close to $40k. It's a prestige.

It sure sounds like it.. With the $8000 down, your true cost is nearly $700/mo. on a $40K car... That's ridiculous.
