No 2nd / 3rd shift - '95 Tahoe

my 95 chevy tahoe has no 2nd or 3rd shift while driven i change the TPS on it

    sounds like the valve body in the transmission assuming you checked the fluid warmed up ,running. if there is a humming noise from the transmission its a bad pump .
