It's 2015 BMW x6 for $73,000.00 and $769mo for 36 months with $5200 cash down.
does any one can tell me if this is a good lease of not?
Heard lots of good thing about BMW lease but my first time working on lease.
And also is it possible to get discounts from the sticker price even though it's a lease?

You should be able to negotiate from the sticker price, even for a lease ... figure 4-6% off MSRP.

Do you know the breakdown of the $5200 due at signing? We don't recommend putting any money down on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Is the $73,000 MSRP model from above?

The base money factor is .00130. Hard to reverse engineer the money factor without knowing the exact CAP cost, but I'd guess that it's marked up higher than that.

Just ask them.

The cap cost is the selling price adjusted for any fees and taxes being added in, less any down payment you decide to make (and, we don't recommend you make one).

Hmmm ... 58% and .00130 for both models, both years.

I wouldn't have expected to see that.
