Should I buy a loaner 2015 Acura MDX with 9 miles on it being sold as a used car for $39000?

I am in the market to buy a 2015 Acura Mdx the dealer I went to doesnt have 2015 mdx he has a loaner car which was never used with 9 miles on it should I go ahead with the deal .isit a good deal.Any advice would be really helpful.I am new to car buying process

Even though it only has 9 miles on it, there is a good chance the warranty has started on it... Might want to check on the expiration date.
