Full size spare or OEM tire?

Hi all. I recently had a tire replaced on my 2006 Toyota Highlander and that same tire is now flat. I was happy to take it back to them since they sold me the road hazard warranty (without asking), but it seems as if the spare tire is now flat also. Problem is, I think the spare tire was a different brand as all the other tires but now I see a flat tire that is the same as the others. I think the service center may have replaced my spare and left the flat tire mounted under the car. Anyone have insight on how to tell the difference between a full size spare and the OEM tire?
