2015 Toyota Corolla LE (CVT) Lease Pricing

Can anyone please provide the residual and MF you have gotten for a 2015 Corolla LE (CVT) in NY? I am considering a 36 mo/ 12k lease. This is my first time leasing (my first time using a dealership, period, actually). Any information related to '15 Corolla leasing experiences is greatly appreciated. Also, I have seen lower monthly lease prices advertised for the higher trim S-Plus than for the LE - can anyone can explain that? Thank you.

    .00001 MF and 62% residual.

    The S model residuals are 2% higher than the LE.
