2012 or 2013 rx350 mileage and price

Hi. I'm looking at purchasing a certified 2012 or 2013 rx350 awd fully loaded. Most of the cars have about 40,000 miles on them and run around $35,000. Is this a decent price? I'm concerned about the mileage and am wondering if I should look for something with less miles. I drive about 20-25,000 miles a year and don't want to make car repairs while I'm making car payments. How much life can I get out of this model and year? Thanks!
