Hi, I've recently had a mechanic replace front and rear engine gaskets, timing belt, water pump etc. etc. I'm having trouble with my headlights,windshield wipers, windows everything is flickering you can hear relays clicking my car has been sitting for about two months. I've checked grounds,checked and cleaned relays, please help.
