Frozen adjustment bolts for alignment.

As any one had trouble with frozen alingment bolts on 2012 Honda Odyssey. The dealer could not free them, they said that they would have to cut them out. I would have to by a bolt kit and the labor would be one and a half hr.

    You could get a second quote from a muffler shop. Those guys are used to frozen bolts.

    What adjustment needs to be made, camber? Are they talking about installing camber kits? Seized bolts can be a real PITA, but at only three years old that would not be typical, now five or six years maybe but even then there are ways to deal with them. Usually an air-hammer is all that a tech needs. He/she needs to remove the nut from the bolt and put it back onto the bolt so the top of the nut is flush with the end of the bolt to make a large surface for the air hammer to work with. In the rare cases that the bolt doesn't come loose with the air hammer a ball joint press tool can be used to press the bolt from the stud and knuckle.
