1. What are the numbers for a lease deal for this month on a 3.8L (base) Genesis coupe.

2. Anybody care to share any recent deals they got on a Genesis coupe?

1) Manual? .00054 MF and 50% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr. $1500 lease cash.
Auto? .00055 MF and 51%.. also, $1500 lease cash

Here's a lease deal I'm working on:
2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate with A/T. The car also has the cargo mat, cargo net, and wheel locks. MSRP is $39280.
Dealer here in Honolulu says they'll lease it for a cap cost of $34230 + fees. That's with a $3550 "Internet Special" discount and a Hyundai $1500 lease cash incentive.
They want $2799 down to deliver.
The lease offer they wrote was for 36 months at 10k miles @ year. I was told they do NOT do 24 months lease, which is what I wanted.
Residual is to be $18579. They quoted payments of $481 @ month.
Looks like they used 54% of the reduced price for the residual.
What do you think of this - any comments would be helpful!
And would you please tell me the money factors for a lease on this car?

36/10 numbers are .00055 and 52%. No 24 month leases available for Genesis Coupe.

My current deal, MSRP: 44,730 Discount: 2,987.32 Rebate: 5,000 Adjusted Selling Price: 36,742.68 Trade Allowance 15,000 and payoff 19,555 Shows MF at 36 months .000220 1,000 down 534.94 payment. 39 months .000320 and payment of 525.84.

36/12 - .00022 and 58%
39/12 - .00032 and 56%

(both are for RWD)

You are rolling in $4500 in negative equity to the lease? That will add $125/mo to your 36 month payment or $115/mo to 39 months.

.00005 MF and 49% residual. $1750 lease cash.

MSRP about $29,000? Is so, I get a payment around $331/mo., assuming the CAP cost is the same as the selling price.. If tax, tags, fees add up to around $900 and are in the CAP, then your payment is about right.

Discounted MSRP at $31730 advertised on internet (down from 35730). Tax of 8%. What would also be a decent monthly payment (including tax). Thank you very much!

We don't have any August Hyundai numbers, sorry.

That seems like a lot for a $35,000 car, but without knowing the lease numbers, its hard to fully evaluate.
