2001 grand prix gtp no fuel pressure

I have a 01 gtp. I replaced the following : fuel pump, computer, ignition module, 3 coils, crank shaft position sensor and the fuel pump relay. Car refuses to build up fuel pressure. I know the pump works because i jumped the wires and it turned on and built pressure. I do have spark and im just at a loss of what else would stop it from sending fuel. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
