2000 Chrysler Sebring LXi Engine trouble

when im driving the car struggles to stay idling and now if it drops below 1000 rpm the car dies. and the only way to keep it running is with a high idle. Also when i went to check if the spark plugs there was oil in the little shaft that runs down to where the spark plugs are. Im wondering if i may have a blown head gasket? or something of that nature.

    prbly leaking valve cover gasket allowing oil around plug it can cause misfires
