Lease Numbers for BMW 428i xDrive M Sport vs. Mercedes C300 4Matic Sport?

I am searching for new car and have narrowed it down to these to vehicles, but I am left unsure on which car to go with. I recently test drove the 4 series and was blown away by the driving dynamics. Having said this, the C300 drives sporty but isn't the same as the BMW. Interior wise I believe the C300 trumps the BMW in design and quality. Both optioned the way that I'd like the car, both are very close in price.

I can get a much better deal on the C300 (6.5k off MSRP) vs. the 428i (3.5k off).

Does anyone know lease numbers on these cars for 36mo/15k miles?

Thoughts and opinions?
Please help me decide. Thanks!

    36mo, 15K/yr

BMW: .00130 MF and 59% residual

Mercedes: .00136 MF and 60% residual

Seems strange that you are shopping a coupe vs. sedan, though.

Could it be the 4-series Gran Coupe?
