$49210 Selling Price
59% RF .00170 MF

The money factor is marked up the maximum from the base MF of .00130
The bank fee (aka acquisition fee) is marked up the maximum from the base $795.
So, out of your $7000, about $2200 for tax and $1200 for fees, $550 for first payment.. leaving about $3000 for downpayment. I get $559/mo., but that's with a lot of estimates... so, the payment looks okay.
The selling price is okay, it's just the markups.. Together, they are adding about $40/mo. to your payment..Edmunds Price Checker
