.00106 is the base MF for QX60 FWD, 58% residual.

With your numbers, I get a pre-tax payment of $605.45.

What state is this and what is the tax rate?

Looks pretty good on the surface.

Just picked up my new AWD infinity QX 60. Fully loaded with all packages. MSRP of $59,135. Selling price of $51,965. 39 month lease with $3,157 down payment (includes trade in equity) includes 1st month lease payment. 38 additional payments of $581 per month tax included (in Ohio with 7.5% tax rate) with 15,000 miles per year. Buyout at lease end of $34,199 plus $300 Infinity fee.
At the time this seemed like a very good deal, but now not certain. What do you think?

What was the net cap cost after the taxes and fees and the trade equity?

Your deal looks pretty good .. I'm showing $629/mo with my lease calculator and your numbers. Wondering if the trade equity is coming off the gross cap cost number.
