Had the large back window of a hatchback fly out on the highway and nail another car, thankfully the guy was ok. It was a bad replacement job when my car was hit.

I have a 2005 SRT6 Roadster. A couple years ago the glass separated from the fabric top and I took it to the dealer for repair. To my surprise the service manager checked the VIN number with the factory and found that I was still under an extended warranty for the top. It evidently was one of a production run that had the wrong adhesive. The entire top was replaced free of charge and I was given a free HERTZ rental car.
