Lease Pricing On A 2015 Honda Pilot SE 4x4

Trying to get the best price on a 2015 Honda Pilot SE 4x4, 12K yr

So far, the best quote I have received is $1139 down and $362(with all tax) per month for 35 months...Can someone please explain how to do the math with the money factor, etc as it has been a while since I have leased? Thank you for your help!

It's best not to negotiate the payment, but rather the selling price, just as if you were going to buy.

The current lease numbers for the Pilot SE AWD are 56% and .00100 for 36/12.
