I am interested in leasing a 2015 Cayman, manual. What are the residual and money factor for a 30k/3yr lease? Thank you.

Rhodium Silver, PDK, Sport Chrono, CDR Plus, 20" Carrera S Wheels and Convenience Package.
MSRP $65,250

Residual 65%
27 month lease
12,000 miles per year
$2,700 down for first month payment, bank fee, title, tags, registration.
$792.00 per month.
Is the above a good deal?
If not what would you suggest?
I want 12,000 miles per month.

I was just quoted the following deal on a 2015 Cayman for 30 mo/10k mi -

MSRP - $65,090
Residual value - 67%
Drive-off only (1st mo payment and DMV fee)
Money Factor - .00055 (could have been .00015 - phone cut out a bit)
Monthly payment - $662.16 + tax (I am in CA)

Am I getting quoted a good deal?

We don't get the Porsche lease numbers any more.... but, that's a very good deal.
