A/C short-cycles.

2003 CRV A/C short-cycles every few seconds without latching and cooling. There's also a significant rumble/vibration when it tries to start. Is this a compressor clutch problem or an A/C relay problem?

Unfortunately, it may be your AC compressor that just "blew out" as the mechanic stated when we had our CRVs 2003 entire AC replaced. According to older posts on here, this was an issue Honda was aware of and there was a recall issued. However, after visiting our local Honda dealership and calling Honda and being told by both that they cannot do anything for us. The repair of the AC is up to us. Although, its a known issue of compressor imploding.
