Lease question - 2015 BMW 4-series Gran Coupe

On a 428i lease I understand that a good MF ex. .0013 / .00125 is good the lower the better. Is a lower depreciation percentage better ex.60% or higher ex. 63%?

A higher residual percentage results in less depreciation to pay over the life of the lease.... so, lower payment.

So.. higher is better, when it comes to residuals.
