Below is what I got in an email for a 2015 limited. I am in South Florida. Can this be correct? For that price I can get a Lexus or BMW or other. Please give me your opinion. Also why is this so much money?

I confirm both the 1.25% MF and 47% residual for 36/15 on the Limited FWD. The low residual is what's killing you on this deal. For a BMW 5-series, the 39/15 residual is 58%.
